The website uses PostHog to understand how visitors arrive and whether the page helps them. PostHog records page views, the page you came from, clicks, scroll depth, and the buttons you use to reach the Chrome Web Store or the help guide. It also records session replays: a reconstruction of how the page was scrolled and clicked. The site has no forms, and any text input that appears in future is masked before it leaves your browser.
Events go from your browser to p.retubeapp.com, a subdomain of this site operated by PostHog, Inc. in the United States, which processes them on the developer’s behalf. Your IP address is used to estimate country and city and is not stored with events. No advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party cookies are used.
